For a more relaxing session, go to one of the beaches of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The Plage des Arènes is located opposite Abrivado. In less than five minutes' walk, you can swim, sunbathe and relax on the sandy beach.

In the heart of the Camargue Regional Natural Park, you are invited to rub shoulders with wild fauna and flora, in their natural habitat. Explore the Camargue Regional Natural Park

This vast wetland is bordered by the Mediterranean and the two arms of the Rhône. Several itineraries, for beginners as well as the more experienced, are available to explore the Camargue. During your walk, you may have the chance to observe animals in their natural habitat, but also must-see places such as the Phare de la Gacholle, the Gacholle Lighthouse, the pond of Fangassier, the marais du Vigueirat, the Camargue museum and the Maison du riz. 

Immersion in the heart of a manade

Attend Camargue races

This sport, practiced in Gard, Hérault, Bouches-du-Rhône and Vaucluse, is a tradition in the region. The goal: the participants must recover the attributes fixed on the cockade. Several competitions are organized each year: Trophée des As, Trophée des raseteurs and Trophée de l'Avenir.
